All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days, unless next day delivery is requested, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability.
Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Delivery times and processing fees are subject to change and will be determined at time of order subject to the following delivery options outlined below:
Delivery within US (contiguous 50 states)
Standard Delivery: $8.50
Your order should arrive in 3-7 business days from dispatch.
Express Delivery: $17.00
Your order should arrive 2-3 days from dispatch.
Orders must be placed before 12pm EST between Monday and Thursday.
Priority Delivery: $25.00
Your order should arrive 1-2 days from dispatch.
Orders must be placed before 12pm EST between Monday and Thursday.
Delivery to US outer regions (Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico)
Standard Delivery: $23.00
Your order should arrive in 7 business days from dispatch
Express Delivery: $29.00
Your order should arrive in 4 days from dispatch.
Orders must be placed before 12pm EST between Monday and Thursday.
Priority Delivery is not available for the US outer regions.
Delivery to Canada
We only offer express delivery to Canada. The charge for delivery is $60.00 and delivery time is 1-3 days. Deliveries to Canada will incur additional GST & duty taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Perfumes, colognes and home fragrance sprays may not be available for Express or Priority delivery.

Cancellation & returns
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please notify us in writing, by email at
customerservice@moltonbrown.com, within ten days of receipt of your order. Please indicate your name and order number and reason for the return.
If you need to return your order to us, it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it, and be returned to us in the same condition as you received it.

Molton Brown does not pay for postage to return items you have ordered. In addition, we do not refund any gift wrap fees on the original order.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used product.
Paper and online gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Molton Brown is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
If you are returning a gift we are happy to offer an exchange or a gift certificate equivalent to the purchase price of the product returned.
